Job Description
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients regarding their portfolio management needs.
Build strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and personalized service.
Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and effectively.
Portfolio Oversight and Reporting:
Assist in the management and oversight of client portfolios, working alongside portfolio managers.
Monitor portfolio performance and provide regular updates to clients.
Prepare customized reports and presentations for client meetings.
Operational Support:
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of client requests and transactions.
Handle operational tasks related to client accounts, including account openings, transfers, and closures.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Client Education and Communication:
Educate clients on investment strategies, market trends, and portfolio performance.
Co-ordinate and Organise periodic reviews and meetings with clients to discuss their investments.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with portfolio managers, analysts, operations, third-party distributors and other teams to deliver exceptional service to clients.
Provide support to senior management in various strategic initiatives and projects.
